    Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Duluth's top firefighter is ready for a new chapter. Just shy of 30 years with the fire department, Chief John Strongitharm officially announced Monday he'll retire on December 31st. He sat down with Kevin Jacobsen recently to reflect on his career and passion for firefighting.
