COLD & DRY TUESDAY
Monday, November 24
TONIGHT: The south shore will continue to see some lake effect snow showers with accumulations around 2-4" more east of Ashland. Lows are down to 10º with mostly cloudy skies and NW winds at 5-15mph with gusts up to 20mph.
TUESDAY: Highs are near 20º with partly cloudy skies as we are in between two lows.
WEDNESDAY: Our next clipper arrives and skirts the region. Lows are down to 10º in the morning and the afternoon highs will be a bit colder. The clipper moves down toward Missouri and a high pressure system to our north in Manitoba will push cold air south creating a cold front that will give us a 40% chance of snow showers accumulating to around a dusting to 2".
THANKSGIVING: The cold air is in place once the front passes through. Lows are near -3º and highs are near 15º with mostly sunny skies as the high moves over the Northland.
FRIDAY: Yet another weak clipper moves in and starts to fizzle out over our region giving us a 40% chance of snow showers. We are a little warmer with lows near 6º and highs around 21º.
Make it a great day!
