At Least A Dozen Homes Still Flooded In Solon Springs

At least a dozen homes remain flooded in Solon Springs tonight after heavy rain fall swept the area this past week.

Residents say the flooding took place mostly on Brancel Road...Lake Saint Croix has risen dramatically...a number of homeowners have been displaced...and are waiting for the water to recede.

The dam is reportedly wide open in Gordon taking in the excess water.

Residents say they don't remember flooding this bad since 1996.

Residents also say there will be a lot of fixing to do when the water starts to go down...water levels might not even go down to normal for a couple weeks.
