Frost Creeps Back to Northland

September 13, 2011 Updated Sep 19, 2011 at 3:57 PM CST

Another surge of cold air will be pushing southward tonight and will allow temps to dip into the mid 30s. Thursday morning will be in the low 30s. The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Watch for the entire NE Minnesota area, excluding Pine County until Thursday morning. Tender vegetation needs to be covered or brought inside.

The cold air will make our highs in the low 50s and we should stay dry with only a 20% chance of showers for the Range and Duluth and a 40% chance around International Falls.
