    Superior, WI (Northland's NewsCenter) With estimates that 100-200 Douglas County residents will be unable to reach their homes due to flooded roadways after last night’s heavy rains, the Northland Chapter of the American Red Cross will open a shelter at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Superior Town Hall, located at 4917 South State Road 35.
