Jon Balaski, caught his first muskie July 3rd, 2010..It was his first cast of the day and 4 cranks on the reel and it hit..It took about 20 minutes to land. He did release it so maybe one day he can catch it again to be even bigger. Jon is a fishing guide for Rainy Lake Houseboats..this Muskie he caught on one of his days off while fishing with his friend Eric Olson. It was caught on red Gut Bay in Ontario. They had landed 3 Muskie altogether that day and released all of them.
