Dorothy Molter lived for 56 years on the Isle of Pines on Knife Lake near Ely. She owned the Isle of Pines Resort for years, and was known as the Root Beer Lady to campers.

After her death in 1986, two of her cabins were dismantled and reconstructed in Ely. This Video was shot at the Isle of Pines in 1995 nearly 10 years after here passing.
