Went to Canal Park in Duluth around 10:30, Wednesday morning. Shot some video and took some pictures. While I was there, the City put up a baricade at the entrance of the parking lot. It was extremely windy and the water was spraying everything and then freezing, it was a mess! The waves were actually spilling over the breakwalls.
