Female Boxers Part 2

What does it take to be a boxer? To lace up your gloves, step between the ropes and enter a haven where precision combinations, executive timing and controlled adrenaline are the keys to success. For young ladies at Lorenzi's Gym located at 19th Avenue West and Superior Street in Duluth, it's a type on bond unexplainable to those on the outside of the ropes. Boxing is often viewed as a male sport. A sport 'too tough' for women. The reality is boxing is a multi-tasking sport. Thinking ahead to your next combination before you even land the first punch, constant moving, adjusting to your opponent. Being fearless. The ladies at Lorenzi's break the typical boxer persona. Their hardwork, dedication, love for the sport and most importantly, their love for one another is unmatched.
