I have been rather slow lately to get my painting of the porch done. We have been dealing with health issues here & now have Chemo each 15 days to drive to. I find I need to be in a better mood to paint, and with so many of my loved ones having so many problems it is harder to find that part of me. I want to thank everyone for the kind words & the prayers coming our way. It is hard being a stranger in town, but it makes my day when people stop & tell me they enjoy my paintings. It took many years for me to find the time for my painting. And even though no one is told that I paint for free...I still will love to do any painting that is a good cause. I live on a limited income & can't afford to buy a spots in the papers but with the help of Northland newcenter...maybe someday I will be painting for someone...dog shelters? Church nurserys? Women shelters? Hope you enjoy the paintings this month...I had to really reach for some of the older cartoons.
