McCain Speaks in South Milwaukee

John McCain held a business round table in South Milwaukee recently, the mic levels were very low so the sound is not great, but he is asking why advancements in health care technology drive prices up. My question: if he knows anything about economics, shouldn't HE be talking about some of the reasons why that happens?
