Anders Knutsen of the local AFROTC Detachment at University of Minnesota-Duluth attended a PDT (Professional Development Training) at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, Arizona. The cadets attending the PDT received an incentive flight on a KC-135 which refueled several F-16's.
