When driving at noon in Ashland today I noticed a shining in the tree tops and realized we recieved a really nice layer of ice yesterday afternoon before it turned back into snow. Yesterday in Ashland is snowed from early morning until about 3:00 pm, then it rained until about 6:00 pm and then turned back into snow at the temp droped for 32 to 22 in about 30 minutes at around 6:00 pm
