A benefit concert and chili party!

Erin Aldridge performs Eight Seasons

Please join us for Cold Weather, Classical Heat — a winter benefit concert and chili party presented by the Lake Superior Chamber Orchestra at Sacred Heart Music Center (201 W 4th Street) in Duluth on Sunday, February 22 at 4:00.

Violinist Erin Aldridge will solo in both Antonio Vivaldi’s and Astor Piazzolla’s Four Seasons, warming us to the sounds of Spring and Summer in the heart of Winter. Proceeds will benefit the LSCO and Heatshare, the Salvation Army’s heating assistance program for low-income households.

Tickets will be available at the door and are very affordable: only $10 per person. We’re also asking for a freewill donation of $5 per person or $20 per family for homemade chili and cider following the performance.

Visit the LSCO on the web to learn more about supporting this special concert and our coming Summer 2009 LSCO season starting June 17.
