On Feb, 14, 2009, Walleyes for Northwest Wisconsin held their 13th annual Ice fishing Contest on Lake LCO in Hayward, Wisconsin. They have prizes for biggest walleye, northern, perch and sunfish in adult and children's catagories, and one grand prize going to the overall biggest Walleye caught. Begining at 8am and ending the fish regestering at 3pm there was lots of raffle prizes and rip ticket prizes given away during the day and a food booth. The biggest walleye measured 26 1/2 inches long. Everyone that participated had lots of fun and many fish were caught.
