Recliner

Someone dumped a LazyBoy Recliner on the trail to Eli's Peak in Western Duluth. The sun has faded it to match the forest floor. Soon the rain will turn it into a soggy mess. For a brief moment, I would have loved to kick back, breathe the spring air and listen to songbirds.

On a more serious note, I also saw rusting grocery carts, broken washing machines, old tires, televisions and refrigerators. A few people with no scruples can mar the woods for thousands who find solice there.
