I got bart from the pound about 4 years ago now and he is the best dog ever. When I asked the lady about bart I asked if he came with homer and he sure did, homer was a cat lol :) Bart has a weird spotted tongue, and the only thing people notice about him is he has a big head :) But all in all he is a fun awesome dog he's short stumpy and loveable.
