My brother and I were on our way back to Duluth from Illinois, and we had to pull the car over due to pouring rain, straightline winds, and extremely low visibility and dangerous driving conditions. Some drivers attempted to continue along the road, but only with their emergency flashers on, and only at a moderate pace. It felt like a car wash.
