STUCK ON ROOF FOR SOBER RIDES!!!

Owner of Custom Cab of Duluth, Dan O'Hearon is on the roof again this year for his sober ride program. This year he's on the Carmody's Pub roof on Superior Street. Custom Cab believes in giving back to Duluth. And once again this year his company is giving away sober rides to local patrons of the bars in the area that have over indulged and can't drive themselves home. The rules of the sober ride program are that you have to prove to the cab driver that you have drove yourself by locking your vehicle with your key or have the cab driver do it for you and you will get a ride home from the local bars. Many of the bars in the area have agreed not to have any of the vehicles towed. The reason that Dan is on the roof is to bring attention to the dangers of drunk driving. Dan says, " You have so many possibilities of getting home safe there is no exuse to drive home drunk." and that is a quote to think about. Dan has been going on the roof for the past few years and withstood dangerous storms and freezing weather every year to make it known that there is a better way. He has given away hudreds of rides just to save lives and help keep the streets safer. So if you are in the neighborhood until Friday the 11th, stop by and wave hi to Dan on the roof and stop in to Carmody's knowing if you have one too many you have a way home. If a sober ride is needed by you and/or your friends call Custom Cab Co. @ 218-341-9711
