This is a woodburning which is titled "The Spirit Lives On". It is a 12"x25" plaque of Red Cedar. I did it to honor John Beargrease. This is the yearly dog sled race that starts in Duluth Mn. and goes to Grand Portage Mn., up the North shore and back to Duluth, a total of 411 miles.
